Art. 1 EVENT
The Club RODS AND ROCKERS Automotoclub City of Bitonto – federated A.S.I., announces and organizes, on 5-6- 7 June 2026 a Cultural Tourist event for historic motorcycles called “Motorcycle tour of the Trulli -On the roads of Pugliesità doc ” XXIV edition.

Art. 2 ITINERARY
The itinerary of the event will have a total length of 145 km and will be described in the cartography. In order to follow the itinerary, a Road-Book with Qd-core is adopted and will be delivered to the participants in the checks. Each vehicle will be equipped with a sign indicating the peculiar characteristics to be displayed on the same vehicle during the entire duration of the event.
Art. 3 ALLOWED MOTORCYCLES
30 motorcycles will be admitted divided into the following types:
- Post Vintage and Classic – Built up to 1960
- Post Classic and Modern – Built after 1961 and until 2005 (except for special exceptions at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee)
Art. 3.1 Admission requirements for cars
The cars must be equipped with the following valid documents:
- C.R.S. (ADS issued before 1 March 2010) in combination with the Certificate of Identity or with a temporary Participation Permit. The Certificate of Historical Relevance (CRS) or alternatively the ADS issued before 1 March 2010 are mandatory documents for the admission of the vehicle to participate in events under penalty of their exclusion;
- Certificate of Identity (ASI Gold Plate): the lack of the Certificate of Identity, in events with tests, will result in the application of the single coefficient of x 3,000.
- F.I.V.A. Identity Card (in case of events registered in the FIVA International Calendar or for foreign drivers)
Art.3.2 Insurance Policy and License Plates
Cars not covered by a third-party liability insurance policy or cars with a “test” plate or with a plate that does not comply with the Registration Certificate are not allowed to take part in the event.
Art. 4 DRIVERS-NAVIGATORS
A crew of one or two people can be registered for each car, one of whom is a driver and one is a navigator (even if a minor).
Other passengers may be allowed on board the car up to the limit provided for in the registration certificate.
The driver must be in possession of a driving license and holder of a valid ASI card.
For handlers, members of foreign clubs recognized by FIVA, the ownership of the ASI card is not mandatory.
The navigator and passengers are forbidden to drive the car during passing detections.
Art. 5 BEHAVIOR
Throughout the course of the event, drivers must comply with all traffic rules and instructions given by the National Events Delegate and have a conscious and prudent driving behavior. In the event of road obstructions or other cases of force majeure occurring before the start, the route may be modified or some particular sections of the same may be neutralized in which the prescription of any average speed could lead to dangerous situations.
Art. 6 DEMONSTRATIONS OF SKILLS
Passage measurements may be carried out to check that the speed is less than 40 km/h and they may be articulated in such a way that it is the best respect for the times that determines the prizes. Demonstrations of skill with and without pressure switch will be held, which will not be valid for the ASI national rankings. The timed skill tests will be indicated on a separate schedule. For the compilation of the rankings, the A.S.I. REVALUATION COEFFICIENTS (x 1, year of construction – x 1, year of construction – 0.10 in the case of young people (driver) who have not yet reached the age of 31 will be used.
Art. 7 REGISTRATION
Pre-registrations, to be made through the WWW.SULLESTRADEDELLAPUGLIESITADOC.IT website, will be open on 10.03.2026 and will be closed at 24.00 on 30.04.2026 or until the limit of crews set at nr. 30 (thirty) is reached;
Art. 7.1 Pre-registrations do not entitle you to participate in the event. The Organizing Committee will evaluate the forms received and, having ascertained the requirements for participation, will notify the candidate of the registration.
Art. 7.2 Once the application for registration has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent by the organizing club indicating the amount to be paid by bank transfer; the participation fee is divided as follows:
- € : crew 2 people in a twin or double room;
- € : crew 1 person in a single room;
- € : crew of 2 people without overnight stay;
- € : supplement 3rd – 4th bed up to 12 years;
- € : supplement 3rd – 4th bed over 12 years;
- € : crew 2 people vehicle before ’45;
- € : crew 1 person car before ’45

Art. 7.3 The Organizing Committee may reject any application for registration without giving justification. In the event of rejection of the registration, the Organizing Committee will promptly notify the competitor, and the registration fee will be returned at the same time if paid.
Art. 7.4 The revocation of participation in the event must be communicated by email to the address: asteebilancieri@libero.it
Art. 7.5 Participation fees must be paid by bank transfer to IBAN IT14 H076 0104 0000 0008 7319 539 in the name of Aste e Bilancieri – Automotoclub Federato ASI. Cancelled entries will be subject to penalties as follows:
- No penalty for cancellation before 30.04.2026;
- 50% loss due to cancellation due to revocation of shareholdings after 30.04.2026;
Art. 7.6 There is never a partial refund of the registration fee in the event of a late start or early end of participation.
Art. 7.7 In the event of a change of motorcycle with a category other than the one for which the registration has been formalized, if communicated after the deadline for registration, the participant must pay a penalty of € 200.00
Art. 8 CHECKS
The drivers must present themselves at the meeting place, on the date and time set out in the program, to carry out the control of both personal and car admission documents. At the end of the technical checks and documents, a briefing will be held followed by the start of the event.
Art. 8.1 The organization provides a free space dedicated to the storage of vans and trolleys for car transport.
Art. 8.2 Any form of advertising outside the event affixed to cars is prohibited.
Art. 9 TIMING
The passage detection service (tests) will be carried out with certified instruments.
Art. 10 OBLIGATIONS OF TENANTS
During the course of the event, the drivers must comply with all the traffic rules and the instructions given by the National Events Delegate and have a conscious and prudent driving conduct in compliance with the C.d.S. Furthermore, during the skill tests, they will not have to:
- Stopping the car
- Flinch
- Reversing
- Hindering other crews in control and/or test zones in any way
- Open the doors
- Leaning out of the car window
- Be connected by radio or telephone with support cars and motorcycles
- Install accessories protruding from the bodywork, not provided by the manufacturer, which disfigure the image of the car.
- Carry out reconnaissance or inspections that may hinder the correct preparation and conduct of the test.
- Participants in the Events registered in the Calendar are required to visibly display the A.S.I. Approval Plate, in metal.
Failure to comply with the prohibitions listed in the previous points will result in the adoption of measures by the Car Events Delegate up to exclusion from the Event and/or from the classification.
Art. 11 TIME MEASURING AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT
For the recording of times by the participants, both analog chronometers with hands with manual or automatic winding will be allowed without acoustic or vibrating scanning. In Tourist events with Trials, the use of mechanical and digital stopwatches (e.g. mobile phone or handheld digital stopwatches, including digital stopwatches originally installed on the car) will be allowed. All time processing tools not originally installed by the manufacturer are excluded. Electronic instruments are also not allowed for distance measurement, with the exception of those originally installed on the car. Failure to comply with the provisions on the use of measuring and time recording devices will result in exclusion from the event and from the ranking.

Art. 12 ASSIGNMENT OF POINTS FOR ASI TROPHIESFor the events of the National Calendar registered for the Marco Polo Trophy and Rally delle Veterane, a ranking will be drawn up based on the participation and dating of the vehicle used, multiplied by ASI efficiency (x 1, year of construction – x 1, year of construction + 0.10 in the case of young drivers who have not yet turned 31). The first 3 classified of each Trophy will be awarded.
Art. 13 GENERAL PROVISIONS
By the very fact of registration for the event, the participant declares for himself and for his drivers, navigators, employees and representatives:
13.1 to recognize and accept the A.S.I. Events Regulations (and its supplementary rules) and these Model Regulations, undertaking to respect them and to ensure that they are respected;
13.2 to undertake to resolve any dispute for facts arising from the Organizer and the conduct of the event, through the mechanisms and methods of resolution prepared by the A. S.I., renouncing to take action other than sports authorities for the protection of its rights and interests, and those of its drivers, navigators, employees and appointees.
13.3 to raise the A. S.I., the Organizer and all the persons involved in the organization of the event from any responsibility for any damage occurred to property, to the competitor, its drivers, navigators, employees and agents or things, or produced or caused to third parties or things by the competitor, its conductors, navigators, employees or appointees
13.4 to assume responsibility for any damage caused or caused to third parties or to third party property by itself as a participant, its passengers, employees and agents.
13.5 to exempt the ASI, the Aste e Bilancieri club and its staff as organizers of the event, from any liability deriving from theft, fire or damage to their vehicle or damage to other vehicles, things or people during the event, events caused by third parties or by their vehicle or person.
Art. 14 PRIVACY (EU Reg. 2016/679) Participants authorize the processing of personal data for the tasks related to the organization of the event and the publication of the rankings relating to the races held. They also authorize the use of their name, the photo of their car used during the event. The photos and videos taken during the entire event will be used for the purpose of promoting the event and for sending information or dissemination material of other initiatives of the organizing club or the ASI. The participant may request the revocation of this authorization with effect from the moment it is expressly requested. The organizing club will not be responsible for the material disclosed until the moment of revocation. The revocation must be sent by email to the address: asteebilancieri@pec.it
