REGULATION
Art. 1 EVENT
The AUCTIONS AND ROCKERS Club Automotoclub Città di Bitonto – federated A.S.I., announces and organizes, on the days 30 May – 2 June 2025, a Cultural Tourist event for historic motorcycles called “Motorbikes on the streets of Puglia doc – ” XXIII edition.

Art. 2 ITINERARY
The itinerary of the event will have a total length of 295 km and will be described in the cartography. In order to follow the itinerary, a Road-Book is adopted which will be given to the participants in the checks. Each vehicle will be supplied with a sign indicating the particular characteristics to be displayed on the same vehicle throughout the duration of the event
Art. 3 CARS ALLOWED
Number will be admitted: 50 cars divided into the following types:
- Post Vintage and Classic – Built up to 1960
- Post Classic and Modern – Built after 1961 and up to 1975 (except for particular exceptions at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee)
Art. 3.1 Car admission requirements
The cars must be equipped with the following valid documents:
C.R.S. (ADS issued before March 1, 2010) in combination with the Certificate of Identity or temporary Participation Permit. The Certificate of Historical Relevance (CRS) or alternatively the ADS issued before 1 March 2010 are mandatory documents for the admission of the vehicle to participation in events under penalty of their exclusion;
Identity Certificate (ASI Gold Plate): the lack of the Identity Certificate, in events with tests, will result in the application of the single coefficient of x 3,000.
Art.3.2 Insurance Policy and License Plates
Cars not covered by RCA insurance policy or motorbikes with a “test” license plate or with a license plate that does not comply with the Registration Certificate are not admitted to the event.
Art. 4 DRIVERS-NAVIGATORS
For each car, a crew made up of one or two people can be registered, one of whom is the driver and one the navigator (even if he is a minor).
Other passengers may be allowed on board the car up to the limit set in the registration document.
The driver must be in possession of a driving license and holder of a valid ASI card.
For handlers, members of foreign clubs recognized by FIVA, ownership of the ASI card is not mandatory.
The navigator and passengers are prohibited from driving the car during pass surveys
Art. 5 BEHAVIOUR
Throughout the entire event, drivers must respect all traffic regulations and provisions issued by the National Events Delegate and have conscious and prudent driving behavior. In the event of road obstructions or other cases of force majeure occurring before departure, the route may be modified or some particular sections of it may be neutralized in which the requirement of any average speed could lead to dangerous situations.
Art. 6 DEMONSTRATIONS OF SKILLS
Passing surveys may be carried out to check that the speed is less than 40 km/h and they may be structured so that the best respect of the times determines the prizes. The timed skill tests will be indicated on a separate table and may be from 1 to 10 for each day of the event (and in any case no more than 20 tests over the entire event). The tests may be single, contiguous, or medium tax. The detection of passage times will be: to the hundredth of a second in the timed tests, to the second (manual) in the average set tests (located within 100 m of a road-book symbol). To compile the rankings, the A.S.I. revaluation coefficients will be used. (x 1, year of construction – x 1, year of construction – 0.10 in the case of young people (driver) who have not yet turned 31.
Art. 7 REGISTRATIONS
Pre-registrations, to be carried out via the website WWW.SULLESTRADEDELLAPUGLIESITADOC.IT will be open on 10.03.2025 and will be closed at midnight on 10.05.2025 or until the limit of crews set out in the number is reached. 50 (fifty);
Art. 7.1 Pre-registrations do not give the right to participate in the event. The Organizing Committee will evaluate the forms received and, having ascertained the requirements for participation, will communicate the registration to the candidate.
Art. 7.2 Once the registration application has been submitted, a confirmation email will follow from the organizing club indicating the amount to be paid by bank transfer; the participation fee is divided as follows:
€1400: crew of 2 people in a double or twin room;
€950: crew 1 person in a single room;
€1050: crew of 2 people without overnight stay;
€340: supplement for 3rd – 4th bed up to 12 years;
€600: supplement for 3rd – 4th bed over 12 years;
€1100: crew of 2 people, pre-1945 vehicle;
€750: crew of 1 pre-1945 car

Art. 7.3 The Organizing Committee may reject any application for registration without giving justification. In the event of rejection of the registration, the Organizing Committee will promptly notify the competitor, and the registration fee will be refunded at the same time if paid.
Art. 7.4 Revocation of participation in the event must be communicated via email to the address: asteebilancieri@libero.it
Art. 7.5 Participation fees must be paid by bank transfer to IBAN IT14 H076 0104 0000 0008 7319 539 made out to Aste e Bilancieri – Automotoclub Federato ASI. Canceled participations will be subject to penalties as indicated below:
– No penalty for cancellation before 04.30.2025;
– 50% loss for cancellation due to participation revocations after 10.05.2025;
Art. 7.6 There is never a partial refund of the registration fee in the event of a late start or early end to participation.
Art. 8 CHECKS
The drivers must present themselves at the meeting place, on the date and time foreseen in the program, to carry out the check of both personal and vehicle admission documents. At the end of the technical checks and documents, a briefing will be held followed by the start of the event.
Art. 8.1 The organization provides a free space dedicated to the storage of vans and car transport trolleys.
Art. 8.2 Any form of advertising placed on cars outside the event is prohibited.
Art. 9 TIMING
The passage detection service (tests) will be carried out with certified instruments.
Art. 10 DRIVERS’ OBLIGATIONS
During the event, drivers must respect all traffic regulations and provisions issued by the National Events Delegate and have conscious and prudent driving behavior in compliance with the C.d.S. Furthermore, during the skill tests they must not:
– Stop the car
– Back off
– Reverse gear
– Obstruct in any way other crews in the control and/or testing areas
– Open the doors
– Lean out of the car window
– Be connected via radio or telephone with support cars and motorbikes
– Install accessories that protrude from the bodywork, not foreseen by the Manufacturer, which detract from the image of the car.
– Carry out reconnaissance or inspections that may hinder the correct preparation and execution of the test.
– Participants in the Events registered in the Calendar are required to visibly display the metal A.S.I. Homologation Plate.
Failure to comply with the prohibitions listed in the previous points will result in the Auto Show Delegate adopting measures up to and including exclusion from the Event and/or from the ranking.
Art. 11 TIME MEASURING AND DETECTION EQUIPMENT
For the recording of times by the participants, both analogue chronometers with manually or automatically wound hands without acoustic or vibrated scanning will be allowed. In Tourist Events with Trials, the use of mechanical and digital chronometers (e.g. mobile phones or handheld digital chronometers, including digital chronometers originally installed on the car) will be permitted. All time processing tools not originally installed by the manufacturer are excluded. Even for measuring distances, electronic instruments are not permitted, with the exception of those originally installed on the car. Failure to comply with the provisions on the use of measuring and time recording devices will result in exclusion from the event and from the ranking.
